The administration of communities is a complex task, which requires the intervention of specialized professionals that save time and resources to the president and the responsible neighbors of the community. For this reason, we have professionals such as: property managers, real estate advisers, tax experts, lawyers and architects that enable us to provide an effective management
Monthly Visit
For a good functioning of a community, the contact between the administrator and the administrated has to be constant, for that reason, our team is committed to make monthly inspections “in situ” of all the supplies ans services that the property has
Accounting
The accounting will be processed daily by the president and the administrator in order to have a greater control regarding the accounts of the community. Likewise, the neighbor who wishes it will receive, annually, an invoice with all the details for its tax relief
Assembly
All ordinary and extraordinary meetings required by the community will be held within a period not exceeding one week. Our offices have rooms for these meetings, at no cost. If the neighbors prefer it, the meetings will be held in the community spaces
Transparency
Our administration only works with community banking accounts for both extraordinary and ordinary arrangements. Any neighbor, through their accounts, can have access to see the payments made by the community
Legal Advice
Within the services offered by our administration, the legal advice for any eventuality that the community has is covered with our fees as administrators. Also, the wording of any type of contracts for work or leases will not be invoiced if we administer the community
Architectural Advice
The cost of the first visit of the Architect is also covered. It is secured for any circumstance that could occur in the property, as well as a discount of 25% if any repair project should be done in it
Certificate of Sale for Entities
The purchase and sale of an entity requires a certificate from the administrator indicating that the entity is up to date with all the payments to the community. Thanks to our accounting system, we can issue it within a period of less than 24 hours, speeding up the process of buying and selling
Weekly Meeting, if the Property requires it
Many communities depending on their complexity or processes of major repairs, require a continuous response to the administrated. For this reason, we put at the service of all the presidents, weekly meetings that enable us tu have a better control of the property, and as a consequence, to take agile decisions that benefit the entire community
